Bathroom Remodeling
Older homes rarely give you a clean start. On a recent Jack and Jill bathroom remodel, that meant removing an old clawfoot tub, strengthening the subfloor, and tracing down a hidden plumbing and drain problem before any tile could go in. We waterproofed the shower and floor areas properly, then installed porcelain and glass tile for a clean, finished look, and fit a vanity into a space smaller than the piece was built for.
Uneven walls, floors, and door openings are the rule in an older house, not the exception. On that same project, a bedroom doorway had to be shifted several inches to make the new layout work: the kind of detail that either gets handled with patience or gets rushed. We don't rush it.
We also handle the upgrades that make a bathroom feel new: heated tile flooring, a backlit LED mirror with defrost, added outlets, a rain shower head, and a tiled shower bench. Whether it's a full rebuild or a powder room refresh, we treat the space with the same care start to finish.
